If you are logged into your account:
1) Log in to your FileYourTaxes.com account
2) Select My Account tab in the top left corner of the Tax Center Home page
3) Under User Details select to Edit your Email
If you have not been able to login to your account:
1) Enter your Username or Mobile Number and click Continue
2) Enter Password and click Continue
3) You must complete the phone SMS verification process
4) Select to Email a Code
5) Select "Don't have access to your Email?"
5) Enter your new email address in the field and press Continue to access your account
