If you are looking to upload documents, please refer to this step by step guide:

1) Login to your FileYourTaxes.com account

2) Select Work With Filing on the return you are look to upload documents from 

3) Select Upload Documents from the Navigation Page

4) You have two options to upload your documents

• You can select Send Mobile Invite (suggested) or,
• Select the PDF option, you must complete the entries beneath and select Continue

Please note: Uploaded documents will not be sent to the IRS.

Common Troubleshooting:

• "I (or my client) am not receiving the Mobile Invite text"
  • Tax Preparer: Ensure the Mobile Phone entered on the Login & Password page of your account settings is correct
  • Client: Ensure the Mobile Phone entered on the Contact Information is accurate
  • Text "START" to 805.256.1788 and/or 805.256.1791
• "The document is not being accepted"
  • Only PDF documents are accepted
  • There is a size limit of 50 Mb, please ensure the document meets this limit
