This article is intended to provide a step by step guide to instruct you on how to change your email address in your FileYourTaxes.com account.
If you have logged into your account:
1) Login to your FileYourTaxes.com account
2) Select the My Account tab in the top left corner
3) Under User Details you can edit your phone number by selecting the edit button
If you have not been able to login to your account:
1) Enter your Username or Mobile Number and click Continue
2) Enter Password and click Continue
3) Pick to send verification code to Email
4) Enter the code you received to your Email
5) Select "Don't have access to your Phone number?"
6) Enter your new mobile phone number in the field and press Continue.
Note: If you select X to enter your account you will bypass entering the new mobile phone number at this time but you must update the information in order to gain access in the future. See the steps above to update the mobile phone number once you are in your account.
