The fee(s) charged by FileYourTaxes.com is based on the use of our service to prepare the tax return(s). FileYourTaxes.com does not guarantee an accepted acknowledgement by the IRS/Government Agency.
You can continue using the tax return prepared with FileYourTaxes.com to either correct your rejection and resubmit your return electronically, or to paper file your return(s) by printing, signing, and mailing to the IRS/Government Agency. If you would like to paper file your return(s), please send a Secure Email with the Subject line: Switch to Paper
If you would like to request a refund then please send us a secure email through your account so that we can verify the identity of the requester. Once the secure email has been received, we will create a ticket for a refund request which will be submitted to our Financial Department to review.
