We do not guarantee a refund. We charge based on the construction of the return(s), not on the acknowledgement status. If you would like to request a refund then please send us a secure email through your account so that we can verify the identity of the requester. Once we receive the secure email, we will create a ticket for a refund request which will be submitted to our Financial Department to review.
