FileYourTaxes.com allows you to choose between receiving your refund via Paper Check or Direct Deposit. You will choose your preferred disbursement method once you have completed the interview mode by selecting Refund and Payment Information on the Return Summary Page.
How to select your refund disbursement option:
1) Enter your return, select Enter Refund Payment Details* found towards the bottom of the Return Summary page.
*This may also say From Bank Account, Paper Check refund to be mailed, or Direct Deposit
2) On the Balance Federal Settlement Page or State Debit Selection Page, indicate your preferred disbursement method.
Please note that if you are filing an amendment that will include a refund, FileYourTaxes.com only supports the Paper Check disbursement option. Direct Deposit disbursement cannot be requested at the time of filing an amendment.
