If you received a password recovery email that you did not request there are two options we recommend you consider taking to ensure your account is safe. Please contact us.
Send a Secure Email
You may send a Secure Email to our support team to determine if your account has been compromised. Our team will review the activity logs within your account to determine if a new IP Address was used to access your account.
Please note that logging into your account will require the knowledge of your username/email/or phone number and password.
If a login attempt from an unknown IP address occurs, a 2-step Authentication or Personal Security Key prompts completion will be required before being able to access your account. This includes validating either your phone number or email with a code sent.
Essentially, unless an individual has access to your username, password, and email/phone, access into your account is not likely to occur.
Request Account is Locked
You can request to have your account locked, preventing anyone (including you) from logging in. You can request to have your account locked by sending a Secure Email with the subject: LOCK ACCOUNT
If you request to lock your account and wish to access it in the future, you must call our Support team to request it be unlocked.
